THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES AT ALL PUBLISHED UNDER THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND IMAGE FILE TOOL DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
